SAN JOSE, Antique - The Municipal Mayor of San Jose urged parents to responsibly carry out their duties towards their children during a program  in line with his focus to promote a better quality of life especially for many poor families.

“Children who are in conflict with the law typically comes from a broken home, victims of domestic violence and whose parents are always quarreling and sometimes they are neglected by their parents,” Mayor Elmer Untaran said during a program in observance of the National Children’s Month.
